Client Responsibilities

No Enrollment Fees

Bradford Informed Guidance does not charge clients enrollment fees or consultation fees. We are compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a policy. This compensation does not increase the cost of your insurance premiums.

Broker Relationship

As your insurance broker, we act as your advocate in finding and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. However, the insurance contract is between you and the insurance carrier. We cannot guarantee approval of any application or specific policy terms.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage details, and pricing, all information is subject to verification with insurance carriers. Final policy terms, coverage, and pricing are determined by the insurance carrier's underwriting process.

Limitation of Liability

Bradford Informed Guidance provides insurance brokerage services in good faith. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by insurance carriers regarding coverage or claims
• Changes in insurance carrier policies or pricing
• Delays in processing applications or claims by insurance carriers
• Coverage gaps resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients

Compliance and Regulations

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our broker-client relationship at any time. Termination does not affect insurance policies already in force, which remain contracts between you and the insurance carrier.
